Team Member

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for creating an amazing guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Check guests in using our reservation system.
• Explain activities, safety procedures, and equipment.
• Fit guests with safety gear and answer questions.
• Host Smash Room and Paint Room experiences.
• Reset, clean, and sanitize rooms between sessions.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean facility.
• Take photos and videos for guests when requested.
• Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and group outings.
• Help create a fun, exciting atmosphere throughout the facility.
• Work as a team to ensure every guest has a five-star experience.
