Retail Store Manager

We're looking for a Retail Store Manager with an owner's mindset to oversee every aspect of our retail operation, from merchandising and inventory to volunteer leadership and customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position where no two days are exactly alike.

• Manage the daily operation of the store

• Create attractive merchandise displays

• Price and organize donated goods

• Monitor inventory and sales performance

• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and deposits

• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers

• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners

• Help grow awareness through community outreach and marketing efforts

• Enjoy leading by example

• Love creating systems and staying organized

• Thrive in a hands-on retail environment

• Can balance customer service with operational excellence

• Are comfortable making decisions independently

• Have previous retail leadership experience

• $20/hour

• $500/month health insurance reimbursement
