JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for building high-quality laminate cabinetry used in commercial environments. Takes pride in craftsmanship, works accurately from drawings, and understands the importance of producing durable, professional-grade cabinetry.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom laminate cabinets, casework, countertops, and architectural millwork components.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, work orders, cut lists, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, machine, edge-band, laminate, drill, rout, and assemble components to required dimensions and tolerances.
- Operate woodworking equipment including panel saws, table saws, routers, edge banders, drills, sanders, and other production machinery.
- Verify all parts and assemblies meet company quality standards before advancing to the next production stage.
- Inspect completed products for quality, fit, finish, and structural integrity.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production schedules and workflow.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cabinet making, woodworking, millwork, carpentry, or commercial casework fabrication.
- Ability to accurately read shop drawings and use measuring tools.
- Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Strong mathematical and measuring skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
Preferred
- Experience working with laminate products and engineered sheet goods including MDF, particleboard, plywood, and hardwood materials.
- Experience operating CNC equipment.
- Experience in commercial cabinetry or architectural millwork manufacturing.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Starting Salary: $20 - $25/hour or higher depending on experience.
