Tile Production - Sorting Department Operator
Night shift: 6pm-6:30am (4 days on, 4 days off - rotation schedule)

Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment
- Handle, stage, and move raw materials and finished products
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, and stacking materials
Requirements
- Steel-toe footwear
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and assist with team lifts over 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
