The Service BDC Representative will assist the organization with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing service, and building meaningful customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

• Scheduling vehicles for service
• Ordering parts
• Answering customer questions
• Making customer follow up calls
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent phone skills
