Clinica Sierra Vista, one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers in California, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join our expanding Women’s Health program in Bakersfield, CA.

Position Summary
We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our expanding Women’s Health program. This position provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative group practice dedicated to bringing high-quality services in the outpatient and in-patient setting to the underserved population in Central Valley.
New and Recent Graduates Are Welcome.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $320,000 – $380,000 annual salary
- 3% annual merit increase
- Retention Bonus: Up to $150,000, can be applied toward mortgage/home purchase (Mortgage Subsidy).
- Pay for Performance - Productivity Incentive
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000

- Eligible providers may qualify for up to $300,000 in loan repayment through the CalHealthCares program in exchange for a 5-year Medi-Cal service commitment (subject to program approval).”
