Program Coordinator I

Pyramid, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to be an integral part of the management team.

The Program Coordinator develops engaging programming, manages a caseload, and helps build community partnerships that enrich the lives of Pyramid students. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate team player who is willing to support after‑hours special events, contribute creative fundraising ideas, and stay dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in conducting training and behavior management programs for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Two years of supervisory experience of at least 2 direct reports
• Valid Florida Driver's license; Safe driving record; 5 years driving experience

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety, well-being, health, comfort, development & self-esteem of Pyramid students
• Ensuring that each student has choices on-site and in the community and the opportunity to pursue activities that are meaningful to them
• Maintaining required paperwork, interfacing with families and supports, developing programming
• Leading a team of dedicated staff members.

Starting pay is $50,000 annually. Benefits include group health insurance, 401k (matching), holidays and paid time off.
