Mechanical Assembly / Wire Cutting TechnicianLocation: Mesa, Arizona Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMOvertime: Must be available to work overtime as neededJob OverviewThis position involves cutting and preparing wire to customer specifications, assembling mechanical components, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On the job training will be provided. No prior experience necessary. ResponsibilitiesCut, strip, and prepare wire according to work orders and specificationsAssemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power toolsRead and interpret work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and production documentsMeasure wire lengths and components accurately using measuring toolsPerform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standardsPackage completed assemblies for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelinesAssist with inventory and material handling as neededWork overtime when required to meet production demandsQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, or wire processing experience preferredAbility to use measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, and calipersMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAble to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsReliable attendance and strong work ethicHigh school diploma or GED preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, plus overtime as needed.
