Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule estimates and installation appointments
- Maintain customer records in Fence360 CRM
- Coordinate HOA approvals and permit paperwork
- Assist with customer communication throughout projects
- Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Process paperwork and maintain organized records
- Help ensure excellent customer service from start to finish
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
