Looking for a recent college grad or some experience to use technology and relationships to find outstanding team members in 30 states. Great oppportunity for someone to grow with a growing company, have fun, and make a difference everyday.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Duties:
- Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Schedule interviews accordingly
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
- Support onboarding and new hire documentation
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
Experience level:
- 1 year recruiting, cold calling, experience preferred minimum; OPEN to college grads
- MUST haves: Organization, Detailed, Diligence, Strong Attendance
- Must be highly adaptable and resilient
- Prior knowledge/utilization of Google software preferred
- Prior knowledge of ADP Recruitment systems preferred
