Hawai‘i Island Community Health Center (HICHC) is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Services Representative to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients and visitors
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Collect and update patient/insurance information
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phones and support daily clinic operations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED + 6–12 months of related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers and office systems
- Team-oriented with a positive, helpful attitude
