At Beehive Meals, we are passionate about providing delicious, high-quality freezer meals while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace where our team members can thrive.Job DescriptionSchedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PMPay: $17.00–$19.00 per hourAs a Cleaning Team Member, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe production environment at Beehive Meals. You'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, and common areas while ensuring our facility meets the highest sanitation and quality standards. Your work directly supports our production team and helps ensure every meal is prepared in a clean, organized, and compliant environment.What You'll DoClean, sweep, mop, sanitize, and maintain production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, and common areas.Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules and complete sanitation checklists accurately.Clean equipment, work surfaces, floors, windows, dishes, and other facility areas using approved cleaning procedures and chemicals.Assist with deep cleaning of coolers, freezers, kitchen equipment, and production areas.Remove trash and maintain a clean, organized facility throughout each shift.Monitor and restock supplies such as soap, sanitizer, paper towels, and other cleaning materials.Follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards, sanitation procedures, and company food safety policies.Properly use, label, and store cleaning chemicals.Report maintenance needs, sanitation concerns, or safety hazards promptly.Work closely with teammates to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for daily production.What We're Looking ForPreferred experience in janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, food production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food processing environments (preferred but not required).Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to follow procedures, cleaning schedules, and food safety standards.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to:Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.Reach overhead and work at various heights.Wear required PPE, including hairnets, gloves, smocks, and other protective equipment.Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing 15–60 pounds.Work in both room-temperature and refrigerated production areas.Why Join Beehive Meals?Competitive payConsistent weekday scheduleNo evenings or weekendsPositive, team-focused cultureOpportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding companyEmployee discounts on Beehive Meals productsIf you're dependable, take pride in keeping workspaces clean and organized, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
