We are an independently owned moving and storage company located in the Chalotte Metro area, serving residential and commercial customers.We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and energetic individuals to join our team. In this leadership role, you will drive, lead a crew, stay active throughout the day, and help ensure smooth, efficient moves by handling customers' belongings with care and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a 20 - 26 ft. box truckPerform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shiftLead and supervise a moving crew on job sitesLoad, unload, pack, and transport household and commercial goodsAssemble and disassemble furniture as neededComplete customer walkthroughs and deliver excellent serviceProperly handle, wrap, and inventory itemsComplete end of move truck inspections and job paperworkScheduleEnd time varies based on workloadSchedules vary based on business needs QualificationsMust be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing up to 100+ pounds with assistance.Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to use moving equipment, including dollies, straps, hand trucks, and moving blankets.Previous furniture delivery, moving, or furniture assembly experience required, along with strong customer service, communication, and crew leadershipIf you are dependable and ready to lead, apply today.
