Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday: 3pm-11:30pm & 11pm-7:30am (shift pay eligible)
Baylor Weekends: Dayshift- 7am-7:30pm (baylor pay+shift pay)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Scottsboro, AL. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Demonstrate clinical expertise, knowledge, and skills in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based care guidelines
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and patients
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
