Field Technician
Job Description
A local marine and industrial company is expanding its Service Department and is actively seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. We welcome candidates ranging from entry-level to journeyman experience and offer on-the-job training for motivated individuals.
What You’ll Do
As a Service Technician, you’ll assist in the maintenance, repair, and installation of marine and industrial equipment. You’ll work both locally and out of state, supporting a variety of systems and technologies.
Knowledge & Experience
Experience with the following is a plus but not required:
- Centrifuge and filtration systems
- Oily water separators
- Water makers
- Heat exchangers
- Potable water systems
- Marine engine room equipment
- Electrical and electronic components
Requirements
- Valid TWIC card
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license
- Willingness to travel out of state
- Must pass a drug screening and physical
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay based on experience
