Overview:

Our Dishwashers contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning cooking utensils and smallwares. You will assist in maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment, managing multiple priorities.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate an industrial dishwasher
• Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment
• Wash plates, glasses, pots, pans, trays, and flatware
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shift
• Maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicals
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Follow all sanitation policies
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the workday
• Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
• Help line cooks properly prep, store, and date food
• Clean and organize kitchen equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous dishwasher experience preferred
• Good oral communication skills
• Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work a night schedule that includes holidays and weekends
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
