We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Pleasant Valley, MO. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will play a lead role in providing the best care to our residents, promoting their health, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
Be a voice in care planning, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, symptoms, and medications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of enhancing resident health and quality of life
Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
