Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to learn.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
• Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences.
• Collaborate with center leadership and team members to provide a high-quality educational experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and helping children reach developmental milestones.
• Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements.
