Licensing Requirements
This is a licensing-contingent position.
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- We provide full licensing support, study materials, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to provide complete protection for customers and drive agency growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and account updates.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed production goals.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding results.
- Proven success in sales, insurance, account management, or a customer-facing sales role.
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing business.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Customer-focused professional who values long-term relationships as much as immediate results.
- Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
