About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Ahead ABA, you will have the opportunity to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. You will also be responsible for conducting assessments, adjusting treatment goals as needed, and maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
