Guest Advisor

Spavia Maple Grove is an independently owned and operated luxury day spa, and we're looking for a Guest Advisor who genuinely loves people, isn't afraid to start a conversation, and gets excited about helping guests discover the services, memberships, and wellness routines that fit their lives.

As the face of our spa, you set the tone the moment a guest walks through the door. We want someone polished and warm who treats every guest like they're welcome in our home. This isn't just a front desk job — it's a relationship-building role where creating memorable experiences and confidently recommending memberships and services are the heart of your success.

Pay & earning potential

• Base pay of $16.50–$18.00/hour, based on experience
• Monthly membership bonuses paid on top of your base — earned every month, no review cycle, no waiting. Recent top performers have added $400–$490+ in a single month, effectively raising their hourly rate by more than $3.50/hr.
• A monthly top-seller bonus on top of that
• A real path to raise your base pay: Guest Advisor → Senior Guest Advisor → Lead Guest Advisor, with base pay reaching up to $22.50/hour as you grow

Schedule

This is a part-time or full-time position. Weekend availability is required, along with at least one evening shift per week. We're currently looking to fill these shifts:

• Monday: 12:00–5:00 PM and 4:00–8:30 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM and 12:00–5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 4:00–8:30 PM
• Thursday: 4:00–8:30 PM
• Friday: 4:00–8:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 1:00–6:30 PM

We'll build your regular schedule from these shifts based on your availability and whether you're joining part-time or full-time.

• Greet and assist every guest, setting a warm, welcoming tone
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately
• Check guests in and out and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
• Recommend memberships, spa boutique products, and services that help guests get the most from their Spavia experience
• Educate guests on the Spavia story, our products, and our treatments for optimal results
• Keep the reception area, retail space, and spa beautiful and welcoming
• Support your teammates and the spa's needs as a proactive team player

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred
• Naturally outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Motivated by delivering exceptional guest experiences while hitting membership and sales goals
• Self-motivated, coachable, goal-driven, and dependable
• Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
• Weekend and evening availability required
