Server/Bartender

The Links at Riverlakes Ranch is a public-access daily fee golf course and includes a full-service restaurant and banquet space for weddings, company meetings, or any other celebration. We are dedicated to providing memorable experiences through our passion for service while cultivating our deeply rooted ties to our heritage and community.

We are currently looking for a part time, experienced, fine dining Server for our restaurant.

Hours:

There are various part time shifts available both weekdays and weekends. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Tuesday 8:00 am 1:30 pm

Thursday 11:00 am 3:00 pm

Wednesday 1:00 pm 7:00 pm

Friday 10:30 am 4:00 pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, exceeding their expectations.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests, noting all special dietary needs and requests.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and clear and reset tables in the dining room, patio and bar area utilizing the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and service equipment, following sanitation, safety and alcoholic beverage policies.
• Secure proper payment and use proper cash handling procedures.
  

Position Requirements:

• 6 months relevant restaurant experience as a Server.
• Energetic and guest service oriented.
• Must have good knowledge of craft beer, wine and cocktails, as well as fine dining etiquette.
• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages and have a valid Food Handler Card and RBS Certification, or be willing to obtain within 30/60 days of employment.
• Must be detail orientated, able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest service-oriented environment.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions with the ability to perform basic math skills.
