Schedule:

• 5 Day Work Week
• No On Call
• No Sundays
• Rotating Saturday

What We Do:

• We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance in home's heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate customer calls and dispatch the right technician to every job.
  • Learn the business and learn how to prioritize and dispatch customer calls.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a logistics professional.
  • Ensure quality customer experience.
  • Develop report with customers and technicians.
  • Update customers throughout the day on technicians' progress.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of dispatching experience preferred.
• Or at least 1 year Call Center Experience
