This is a remote position.

This role is for licensed BCBAs in Georgia.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home
- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000-$110,000 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
