AV Service Technician

Description

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

• Experience on: construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks.
• Ability to: climb ladders, use power tools & hand tools, lift 50 lbs.
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
• Driving: Valid License, Clean record, reliable transportation

• Projects are located in and around Houston

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 7:30am-5:00pm

Your Contribution to Capitol Technology Group:

• Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting & Shading Systems
• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
• Understanding of wiring and signal flow
• Programming Control Systems (C4, Savant, Crestron, Lutron)
• Advanced understanding of networking
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices
• Train clients on use of systems
• Recommend upgrades when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service
