Line Cook at Munecas Taco Garden and Bar

Munecas Downtown in Gainesville, FL is looking for one line cook to join our 22 person strong team. Pay is hourly rate based on experience plus tip share averaging $5/ hour. We are located on 317 Sw 4th Ave. Our ideal candidate is a fast, clean, positive and timely!

Responsibilities

• Inventory management
• Adhering to all health code guidelines
• Executing ticket fulfillment in a timely manner
• Clean all equipment
• Completing daily side work, shift change and closing procedures
• Prep according to recipes
• Washing Dishes when needed
• Mopping and Sweeping
• communicating between team members
• practicing rotation on all food items to ensure fresh product
• Quality control
• Inventory
• Receiving

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• 1 year line cook experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Knife skills
• Consistency in food preperation tactics
• Ability to work nights
• Positive attitude
• Must be coachable
• Team Player
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to read
• Lift 50 pounds
