Compensation: Competitive Flat‑Rate $22.00 upward to $45.00 an hour for flagged hours.

Our service department is growing, and we’re seeking a skilled, motivated Automotive Technician who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship and wants to grow with a premium brand.
Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Genesis vehicles
• Complete multi‑point inspections and document findings accurately
• Use factory‑approved tools, equipment, and repair procedures
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs
• Stay current with Genesis training, technology, and certification programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Deliver a premium service experience consistent with Genesis standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Genesis/Hyundai experience a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with modern scan tools and OEM software
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat‑rate environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality
