Responsibilities:
Assist with the transportation of residents within the facility, ensuring their safety and comfort
Provide care and support to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic medical and nursing principles
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Nevada
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures
