Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Production Worker to join our large production department. This essential role supports efficient production by accurately assembling products, maintaining organized workstations, and adhering to safety protocols. The position offers flexible shifts and requires moderate physical activity including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products accurately and efficiently on the assembly line
• Maintain organized workstations and production areas
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and report progress to the Production Supervisor
• Monitor product quality and identify any defects
• Support inventory replenishment and material handling as needed
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules to meet production demands

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
