What You'll Be Doing
- Lead recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
- Coach and develop the HR team while helping leaders make sound people decisions.
- Oversee employee communications, engagement initiatives, and programs that support a positive workplace.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and experience leading multiple HR functions.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred; HR certification and Paylocity experience are a plus.
