Production Assembly Level 1 - Weekends Only (4th Shift)

About the Role:

Production Assembly weekend shift (three 12-hour shifts Friday - Sunday, work 36 get paid for 40 + $1.50 shift premium) position is a critical role focused on assembling components and products during the weekend 4th shift. The primary goal is to ensure that all assembly tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards to support continuous production flow. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to meeting production targets by performing repetitive assembly operations and inspecting finished products for defects. Ultimately, this position supports the overall manufacturing process by delivering high-quality assembled products on schedule during weekend shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:
