What You’ll Do
Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBA
Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work
Develop engaging, play-based programming using NET
Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
Track progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes
What You Bring
BCBA certification
Maryland licensure or eligibility for a MD LBA
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
