The UPS Store - La Vernia - is seeking a dependable, customer-focused team member to join our staff and deliver true, hometown customer service.

This role is perfect for a candidate who wants to build practical skills, contribute to the daily operations of a locally owned, small business, and learn to run one.

As an associate, you will work directly with customers and team members to support a wide range of services, including:

· Provide friendly, professional customer service with a hometown approach

· Be comfortable learning and performing multiple tasks

· Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

· Work well in a team-oriented environment

· Previous retail, customer service, or office experience is helpful, but not required

· Experience with design software is a plus

· Willingness to learn store systems and operational procedures
