A locally owned service business is looking for a motivated Service & Sales Manager to lead a team, support customers, and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations and scheduling.
• Lead, coach, and support service technicians and staff.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Track sales goals, service metrics, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service management, sales, or a related leadership role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to set clear expectations and maintain team accountability.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
