What You'll Do
- Complete apartment and commercial renovation projects
- Perform carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, trim work, and general construction
- Estimate project timelines and manage daily work
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site safety
- Work independently while coordinating with onsite teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or carpentry
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
