Retail Sales Associate - Full Time

The Goddess Collection is a holistic wellness and lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering, inspiring, and elevating through high-quality herbal skincare, wellness products, and exceptional customer experience.

Store hours are Monday - Saturday 9 am - 7 pm and Sunday 10 am - 5 pm.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming in-store experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers with product selection and recommendations
• Operates point-of-sale system, processes transactions, and handles cash/card payments
• Restocks shelves, maintains product displays, and ensures store cleanliness
• Packages and labels products as needed
• Provides exceptional customer service and maintains brand standards
• Assists with inventory, product knowledge, and store promotions
• Follows safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
• Works Saturdays and/or Sundays (weekends required)

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (not required - we train!)
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to wellness, customer care, and company values
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Preferred Work Experience

Ideal candidates may have prior experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Retail sales or boutique environments
• Customer service or hospitality (e.g., cafés, juice bars, front-desk roles)
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, or natural products
• Light packaging, labeling, or inventory support

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required-we provide training for the right candidate.

Schedule

• Must be available to work weekends
• Flexible weekday shifts available
