Job Summary

Right at Home Blue Ridge is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend CNA/PCA to join our team of caregivers who provide exceptional in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in Charlottesville, VA. As a Weekend CNA/PCA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management

• Deliver personalized care and support to meet the unique needs of each client

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
