Golf Cart Attendant

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Golf Cart Attendants to join our golf operations team. As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until the completion of their round. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all golfers with a warm, professional attitude
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every guest receives prompt attention
• Assist golfers with bag drop and club handling services
• Clean and organize guests' golf clubs before and after their rounds
• Prepare, clean, and inspect golf carts to ensure they meet resort standards
• Stock each golf cart with scorecards, pencils, and any required materials
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart staging and bag drop areas
• Proactively engage with guests and offer assistance whenever needed
• Follow all opening, operational, and closing procedures
• Communicate guest needs, concerns, and operational issues to supervisors
• Assist with additional golf operations duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Well-groomed appearance and willingness to follow resort dress standards
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Availability to work through the fall season
• Weekday daytime availability is required

Compensation

Hourly rate plus tips
