Key Holder

SUMMARY
The Key Holder position at Buff City Soap is responsible for:

%CF;Opening and/or closing the store.
%CF;Maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment with behaviors that support guest-centric service.
%CF;Helping drive Makery performance, fostering superior guest service, and maintaining operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals.
%CF;Supervising the Makery to achieve company goals, leading by example in all company operations.
%CF;Fostering a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and report any issues to the Makery Manager.
%CF;Maintaining a professional and impeccably clean Makery environment.
%CF;Working through the Makery Manager to communicate the Makery goals and objectives.
%CF;Providing insight on staff opportunities to the Makery Manager so that they can properly coach, train, and provide feedback to improve Soap Makers’ daily performance.
%CF;Managing and tracking stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
%CF;Accurately handling cash when opening and closing the Makery
