We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Support and Fulfillment Specialist to support our warehouse operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accurately shipping customer orders, receiving inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Complete SAP deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all orders are checked before shipping.
  • Include required MSDS sheets and application instructions when applicable.
  • Properly package hazardous materials for transportation.
  • Use appropriate packing materials to protect products during transit.
  • Verify all shipments include customer labels and packing slips.
  • Communicate inventory shortages promptly.
  • Ship customer orders within one business day whenever possible.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of shipping supplies and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with carriers and maintain shipping logs, contact information, and online account access details.
Receiving
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Receive inventory into SAP accurately.
  • Label and store materials in designated locations.
  • Maintain proper stock rotation procedures.
  • Report quantity discrepancies and damaged goods.
  • Ensure warehouse shelving and storage areas are organized and clearly labeled.
  • Inspect materials for quality and sale-able condition before stocking or shipping.
Additional Duties
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Put inventory away promptly and keep aisles clear.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance, including saws and shears.
  • Support walk-in customers and coordinate with the sales team as needed.
  • Perform basic fabrication work, including cutting plates, discs, and other materials.
  • Follow direction from management and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English language proficiency.
Preferred
  • Valid Forklift License/Certification.
  • Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems.
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
