Located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, we provide personalized, resident-centered care in a home-like setting. As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a crucial role in preparing nutritious meals that cater to our residents' diverse needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage a diverse range of menu options, ensuring that all meals meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Lead a team of dietary staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, meal production, and resident dietary needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including our nutritionists and medical staff, to ensure that our dietary services meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Develop and implement cost-effective food purchasing strategies, ensuring that our budget is utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety codes and regulations.
