Position Overview

Hennion & Walsh is seeking an experienced and client-focused Licensed Wealth Management Associate to join our growing wealth management team. This role is ideal for financial services professionals who enjoy building client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

As a Licensed Wealth Management Associate, you will play an important role in supporting advisors and helping clients navigate their financial goals through proactive communication, account support, and relationship management. This position combines client interaction, operational support, and financial services experience to help deliver the Hennion & Walsh Experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a high level of personalized service to clients.

Position Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional support
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Assist advisors with client meetings, Second Opinion Reviews, and follow-up communications
  • Support account onboarding, transfers, account servicing, and operational requests
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, investments, and firm services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Position Must Haves
  • Active Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
  • Series 7 and Series 65/66 preferred
  • 5+ years of financial services or client relationship management experience
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Client-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Position Preferences (if applicable)
  • Experience supporting Financial Advisors or wealth management teams
  • Knowledge of investment accounts, transfers, and client servicing workflows
  • Prior experience working with high-net-worth or retail investors

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, plus variable compensation. Please note this role requires in-person attendance.

Placement in the range will vary based on performance throughout the training period.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the position includes variable compensation and benefits including health benefits and 401(k) plan.
