Experienced Restoration TechnicianWe are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, mold, and other restoration services according to the project scope and crew chief or project manager instructions
- Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and structural drying activities
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
- Inventory and load vehicles with the equipment, products, tools, and supplies needed for each project
- Prepare and protect work areas before beginning restoration activities
- Maintain clean and organized company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Document work performed and communicate job progress or concerns to the crew chief or project manager
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, coworkers, adjusters, and other parties on the job site
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency restoration services when required
- Previous experience in water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, or related restoration work strongly preferred
- IICRC certification preferred, particularly WRT and/or ASD
- Experience performing demolition and operating restoration and drying equipment
- Commercial restoration experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency calls as needed
Candidates must be able to:
- Regularly lift and carry at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance
- Climb ladders and work at ceiling height
- Work in crawl spaces, attics, basements, and other confined areas
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry equipment and materials
- Safely work with cleaning products, antimicrobial products, and other restoration chemicals
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when required
- Travel locally to job sites and occasionally travel outside the immediate service area when necessary
