Your Contribution to Evolve Technologies:

• Project Scheduling: Installation phases, service visits, walkthroughs, and project milestones
• Primary Point of Contact: Phone, Email, Text, Ticketing System
• Full-Cycle Issue Mgmt: Intake > Triage > Manage > Resolve > Bill
• Satisfaction: Deliver a "WOW" experience, each and every time
• SLA: Meet or exceed our response times and obligations

• Interface With: Service Technicians, Project Managers, Accounting, Partners
• Scheduling: Manage and Schedule based on clients needs and Evolve's resource availability
• Documentation: Update and Maintain accurate client records
• Expedite: Efficiently move the issue through various departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience scheduling for Residential construction, AV integration, smart home technology, or custom home experience
• Familiarity with project management, scheduling, or CRM software platforms
• Experience working with high end clientele
