Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting trust, respect, and open communication
• Monitor client's condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
• Maintain accurate records of client care, including daily notes and progress reports
