What You'll Do

As our Front Desk Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Handle inquiries, answer phone calls, and provide accurate information about our services.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Respond promptly to any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings a combination of skills, experience, and a positive attitude to the table. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a customer service-related position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your responsibilities.
• A professional and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic proficiency with office equipment and computer systems.
