Shifts: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Enjoy your weekends!)
Pay: $18.00/hour (Starting rate negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
As a Driver Helper, you are a crucial part of our daily operations. You’ll partner with our drivers to ensure safe, efficient deliveries and excellent customer service. Your day-to-day will include:
- Teamwork: Assisting drivers with navigating routes efficiently around the Spokane area.
- Logistics: Loading and unloading trucks using dock equipment like pallet jacks, hand trucks, and straps.
- Customer Service: Representing Victory Final Mile with a friendly, professional attitude during deliveries.
What We Are Looking For:
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy items comfortably and handle physical work throughout the day.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to our Spokane location and a track record of showing up for your team.
- Character: A great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience: None required! (Though 1 year of freight or warehouse experience is a nice bonus, it is not a dealbreaker).
