Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Ozark, Missouri. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service while helping coordinate appointments and supporting daily operations.

• Monday through Friday | 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Wednesday through Sunday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy

• Schedule plumbing and water cleanup service appointments

• Coordinate schedules and communicate updates with customers and technicians

• Assist with dispatching and daily scheduling

• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation

• Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service

• Support general office operations as needed

Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, reception, call center, or administrative support is preferred.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask are essential. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or another home service industry is a plus, but not required.
