SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care for clients in Franklin, MA. If you're searching for a flexible opportunity with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation

  • $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a member of our caregiving team, you'll help clients remain comfortable and independent in their homes by:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

  • Helping with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance.

  • Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when needed.

  • Completing light housekeeping and laundry.

  • Providing companionship and emotional support.

  • Offering medication reminders.

  • Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition.

  • Promoting a safe and positive home environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Active CNA or HHA certification.

  • A caring, dependable, and professional attitude.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Reliable transportation is preferred.

  • Previous home care experience is helpful but not required.
