Job Description
Benefits:
Branded Originals is looking for a Customer Service & Vendor Relations Specialist to serve as the central point of contact between our customers, sales team, and vendors. This is a relationship-driven role at the heart of our operations: you'll keep orders moving, keep customers informed, and keep vendors accountable from quote to delivery.
We process roughly 750 purchase orders a year — about 15 per week — so the workload is steady and very manageable. What matters most to us isn't just experience; it's finding someone who wants to grow with us and become a real part of the team for the long haul.
Compensation & Benefits
$20–25 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and short-term disability coverage.
What You'll Do
Order Management
You'll join a close-knit team where your work is visible and your growth matters. This role touches every part of the business — customers, sales, and vendors — making it a great foundation for someone who wants to build a career with us.
- Short-term disability coverage
- Health insurance
- Paid time off

- Handle custom quote requests from our sales reps
- Coordinate with vendors to gather pricing, product options, and turnaround times
- Deliver accurate, timely quotes back to the sales team
- Generate and verify purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, quantities, artwork, ship dates)

- Provide post-PO vendor support: confirmations, proof approvals, production tracking, and issue resolution
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, order management, or a related coordination role
- Strong communicator who's comfortable working with customers, sales reps, and vendors daily — by phone and email
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; you catch the small errors before they ship
- Proactive follow-up instincts — you don't wait to be asked
- Comfortable managing multiple open orders and priorities at once
- Experience in the promotional products / branded merchandise industry is a plus, but not required
